WSRM is a small independent project. If a number looks wrong, something misbehaves, or you have a floor plan the model should handle better, write to hello@wsrm.online.
Replies come when a human gets to them, which is not always the same day. The form below only helps you draft the message; sending it is up to your own mail app.
What helps in a report
- Which page you were on, and which tool or control.
- What you did, in order, and what you expected to see.
- Your browser and device, and whether you used a mouse, touch or the keyboard.
- For a map that looks wrong: the band, transmit power, clutter setting, and the coordinates of the spot you read. The plan summary checkbox adds most of this for you.
- For a measurement that disagrees with the model: your reading in dBm and how you took it.
Please do not send anything private. A floor plan summary is walls and positions, not addresses.
Privacy
This page has no server behind it. Nothing you type is transmitted by WSRM: the draft is built in your browser and handed to your own mail app through a mailto: link. If your mail app does not open, copy the draft and send it to hello@wsrm.online yourself.
WSRM is independent and not affiliated with the Wi-Fi Alliance or any router maker.
